Tasting Notes: Our Riesling Icewine is a lovely straw colour. On the nose you get a lot of fruit character, with notes of Asian pear and honeydew melon. This is a fuller bodied Icewine, that has a smooth sweetness and a rich acidity. The palate is layered with delicious flavours of pineapple, pear jam, and citrus.

Food pairing: Pair this Icewine with a sweet and delicious lemon poppyseed cake.
