2023 Bella Terra Members White

Tasting Notes: Winemaker Fred Di Profio set out to bring you a fresh, multi layered-sipping wine this year. Building on an excellent vintage from our Chardonnay and Riesling vineyards, Fred sourced some Muscat grapes to add beautiful tropical fruit notes to this aromatic dry white wine.

The nose is opulent and generous, with orange blossom, peach, lemon zest, melon, and pear pouring out of the glass. The palate answers the nose perfectly, with peach preserves and tropical fruit taking centre stage. A lovely finish where the power of the fruit continues to the very end, but notes of mineral and fresh garden herbs provide contrast and complexity. The acidity is fresh and zippy and the wine is nice and dry, making this a go-to summer favourite. 

49% Chardonnay (Sur Lie), 25% Riesling, 14% Viognier (Barrel Fermented), 12% Muscat Ottonel
