2023 Bella Terra Cabernet Franc Icewine (375ml)

Tasting Notes: This luxurious Canadian Icewine is crafted from grapes frozen naturally on the vine during Canada’s cold winters. They are picked during the coldest hours of the night and pressed to source only a few drops of concentrated juice from each grape. Our Icewine is made by nature and perfected by our award-winning Winemaker.

Our Cabernet Franc Icewine is a beautiful deep ruby colour. On the nose you get a lot of red fruit character, with notes of red currants and raspberries. This is a medium bodied Icewine that has a balanced acidity which is complimented by a rich sweetness. Deliciously sweet flavours of maraschino cherry and baked strawberries greet you on the palate, ending off with a refreshingly long finish.

Food pairing: Pair this Icewine with a rich dark chocolate brownie.
