2023 Bella Terra Riesling Icewine (375ml)

Tasting Notes: This luxurious Canadian Icewine is crafted from grapes frozen naturally on the vine during Canada’s cold winters. They are picked during the coldest hours of the night and pressed to source only a few drops of concentrated juice from each grape. Our Icewine is made by nature and perfected by our award-winning Winemaker. On the nose of this Riesling Icewine you get a lot of fruit character, with notes of Asian pear and honeydew melon. This is a fuller bodied Icewine, that has a smooth sweetness and a rich acidity. The palate is layered with delicious flavours of pineapple, pear jam, and citrus.

Food pairing: Pair this Icewine with a sweet and delicious lemon poppyseed cake.
