Bella Terra Wild Ferment Riesling embodies  the essence of Niagara-on-the-Lake's appellation. This vintage reveals a delightful balance of texture and vibrancy, sidestepping the traditional petrol notes for a more fruit-forward profile. On the nose, discover a bouquet of honeydew, juicy pineapple, crisp yellow apple, zesty citrus, and delicate jasmine. The palate is enriched with a harmonious blend of mandarin, honey melon, ripe peach, and pineapple, all underscored by a bright lemon drop note. A zing of ginger gracefully extends the finish, highlighting the wine's mineral finesse and length. This Riesling is pure, refreshing, and irresistibly engaging.

This version of Riesling is made to last. We bottle age this wine for a minimum of 1 year before its release to fully develop its potential and fermented with 100% native yeast from our home vineyard.
