2021 Bella Terra Riesling

Tasting Notes: A classic and expressive Riesling with rich texture and very defined edges. On the nose, notes of honeydew, citrus, apricot, pineapple and jasmine reveal a wide spectrum of aromas and complete Riesling definition. On the palate, the delivery is soft and creamy with multiple layers of citrus, sweet lime and lemon drop, green apple, and tropical fruits like pineapple and papaya. The finish closes the experience with a hint of ginger and lemon peel. Made with just a smidge of residual sugar, this process helps the wine behave more multi-dimensionally and offers lots of versatility. 

Food Pairing: Pair these Riesling with fire-grilled Piri-Piri Prawns, a spicy dish that complements the character of the 2021 Riesling.
