On the palate, our Cabernet Merlot Reserve is medium-bodied and dry, with balanced acidity and round tannins. Notes of dark plum, black currant, vanilla, coconut, and ginger round out the finish. This is a must have for PondView Estate red wine lovers! Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels.
