Bella Terra Experience. (minimum 4 and a maximum of 14 guests)
Enjoy unique wine samples in our tank and barrel room as part of an informative structured tasting. Your wines will be paired with four artisan cheeses from across Canada. Sample five PondView wines, including four offerings from our Bella Terra portfolio, and one red Icewine. To complete this memorable experience, each guest will receive an embossed PondView tasting glass to take home. Cost: $20.00 per person.

For those that are looking for something special, intimate, enjoyable and delightful, we are proud to present our Bella Terra Reserve Experience.

Join us for an intimate tasting that highlights the best of our wine portfolio alongside carefully selected artisan cheeses presented in the privacy and cosiness of our barrel room.

We strive to raise the bar for quality VQA wine by producing small batches from exclusively estate grown fruit.

Our Bella Terra wines represent the best we have to offer. Aromatic and intense Gewurtztraminer, rich buttery Chardonnay, and full bodied, structured reds all carefully vinified by our winemaker, Fred DiProfio.

The Bella Terra Reserve Experience will include:
  • An intimate tasting for small groups between 4 - 14 people
  • A private tasting experience in our tank barrel room
  • An informative structured tasting, lasting 30-45 minutes
  • Four artisan cheese pairings from across Canada
  • Five samples of PondView wines, including four offerings from our Bella Terra portfolio, and one red Icewine
  • One PondView Estate Winery embossed tasting glass, for each person to take home.
    • *Wines are subject to change as new vintages are released.

Cost for this beautiful experience is $20.00 CAD+ tax per person, but advance registration is required. To give our guests a better experience, we have limited this experience to small groups between 4 to 14 guests maximum.

3 Cheeses and Wine Pairing. (minimum 2 and a maximum of 12 guests)
Taste 3 artisan cheeses paired with 3 of our featured wines of the day. Experience how the pairing of wine and food/cheese compliments one another. Taste how both the wine and the cheese are enhanced by their coming together, how the sum is better than the individual parts. Have an intimate tasting for two people or share the tasting with a larger group up to 14 people. Cost: $5.00 per person.


Winery Tour and Tasting. (minimum 8 and a maximum of 20 guests)
Experience "From Vine to your Glass..."  Your tour will begin in the vineyard and see why "PondView is a harmony of earth and vine". Your tour continues indoor to our production facility in our tank and barrel area.  Start the tour in the vineyard and see what we do in the vineyard, then move on to the production facility. Hear our passion and see what we do to make wines that are enjoyable and a pleasure to share. End with a tasting of our 3 featured wines of the day. Cost: $8.00 per person.
